We offer our partners the options below

Stand provided by the organiser

The exhibition stands are built from SYMA elements in a uniform 2x3 m size. The stand is supplied with 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 230 V mains power connection. Please provide your own power supply for connecting laptops, screens and other electrical devices.

Price 280 000 HUF + VAT

Extra space (HUF/ m2) 45 000 HUF + VAT

Building 3 phases HUF 25,000 + VAT

Uniform frieze inscriptions are not available!

Stand built by the exhibitor

We can provide a maximum space of a double stand (12 m2) for exhibitors who wish to set up their own stand. With further requests please contact László Budulski

Catering at the event venue

A hot meal service with a lunch ticket will be provided on both days of the event by prior booking.

Submission requirements for graphic design

The graphics are printed on self-adhesive film and affixed to the equipment. Each foil is prepared in 1 cm increments and cut back after sticking. A 0.5 cm run-out is applied on each side.

Please submit the graphic material with the following parameters:
  • in JPG format, in best quality, with edge smoothing,
  • in CMYK colour mode, using Euroscale Coated v2 colour profile,
  • at least 150 dpi resolution, 1:1aspect ratio,
  • 0.5 cm run-out on all sides, in size:
